Frasassi Caves and Fabriano, “the city of paper”
This wonderful experience includes a visit of the Frasassi Caves, which are beautiful karstic caves developed within Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Regional Park. Here it is possible to choose a guided visit (suitable for everyone) or, for adventurous people, a visit down a more adventurous trail, allowing you to visit the caves from a speleological point of view, accompanied by a local expert guide.
The proximity to Fabriano will allow a quick transfer to this beautiful city of Le Marche’s hinterland and renowned traditional European paper production center. The tour will end with a visit of the Paper and Watermark Museum, where a guide will retrace the ancient history of paper for us.
