Cartoceto Oil PDO

This Cartoceto oil has obtained the POD stamp (Protected Designation of Origin). Important among local varieties are: Coroncina, Falerone Piantone, Molignano Piantone, Fermo Sargano, Obertana, Mingnola, Carboncella, Raggia and Raggiola. Some of these are used in single-type oils with strong analytical and sensorial characteristics. They all have potentially interesting market prospects.
