The house where Maria Montessori was born on August 31, 1870 reopened at the end of 2021 and now houses a museum. The renovated house aims at documenting the many aspects of her life, work and method, by using contemporary languages, objects and  memorabilia. Every corner plaques mark spots referred to in her life.
