The Castle of Beldiletto, built between 1371 and 1381, is square shaped and has corner towers. Inside is a courtyard with arcade, with octagonal pillars and round pointed arches in red and white stone. The remains of a vast cycle of frescoes depicting knights are to be seen in the castle’s largest room, evoking the literary culture of the poems of chivalry.
