The story of the mill begins with Emidio Agostini’s decision to devote himself to milling after the end of World War II. The country requiring reconstruction, and the need to restart, lead him to create not just the mill, but also a pasta factory and an oil mill.
The business was then transferred to his son, and from him to Emidio’s grandson, Roberto, who is currently the manager of the Agostini Mill. To keep his grandfather’s and the family’s passion lively and up to date, since more than 15 years Roberto chose to dedicate the mill to biological products.
