La collegiata dalle forme gotiche si presenta al suo interno suddivisa in tre navate. La Pala d’altare raffigurante la Madonna col Bambino tra i Santi Rocco, Sebastiano, Pietro martire e Antonio abate (1527-1530) di Mattia Della Robbia è una notevole terracotta invetriata situata sul 1° altare destro.
