On the occasion of the Corpus Domini procession through the streets of the village of Montelupone, one of "The most beautiful villages in Italy" of the Marche, in the afternoon and as a tradition, thanks to the work of numerous volunteers the Town Square is embellished with a beautiful floral display (Infiorata). The volunteers operate in various ways: some offer the flowers of their garden, others separate the petals from the stems and sort them by color, others deposit them carefully on the pavement to form a large mosaic on a pre-designed project and others water the flowers to defend the composition from wind.
