Tipicità:   is the showcase of the excellences in Marche Region linking agriculture, tourism, culture and exclusivity of the territory in a great celebration of the good taste. With all the traditional delicacies of the Marche Region, but also with agricultural beer, organic produce, signature chocolate and the chance to taste and buy local typical products directly from the producers. It  is a well-established event  for the promotion of Made in Marche excellences involving all the State Vocational Schools for Tourism ,Hotel Management and Catering in the Marche Region together with farmers' custodians of biodiversity "and that will celebrate his final act in the Academy of Tipicità 2016. The initiative, entitled "Biodiversity in the kitchen", was planned by Assam in collaboration with the Marche Region. The theme will be: "Vegetables, the meat of the future." The three-day Tipicità takes place in March in Fermo. Fermo, an ancient Roman colony, then lady of castles and city of studies, is now the capital city of important manufacturing districts. The Roman pools, the cathedral, the Renaissance square, the theatre “dell’Aquila” tell their long and noble history!
