Gino Girolomoni - Cooperativa Agricola

 

La Cooperativa nasce sulle radici di un’attività culturale iniziata nel 1971, ad opera di Gino Girolomoni, uno dei padri dell’agricoltura biologica italiana. Associa circa 30 produttori biologici, tra aziende agricole singole, cooperative e consorzi, per una SAU (Superficie Agricola Utilizzata) complessiva di 5000 ha. È attiva nel settore cerealicolo – foraggero; alla coltivazione dei cereali alterna quella di leguminose da foraggio o da granella. La cooperativa ha un ricco paniere di prodotti biologici, distribuiti in Italia e all’estero e l'attività principale è la trasformazione dei cereali all'interno del proprio pastificio.
