The project was born thanks to the activity of the OSIMOAMBIENTE Association, which during 16 years created “L’Aulaverde – La Confluenza” (The Green room – The Confluence) and the “Casa degli Ailanti CEA, which in cooperation with AGESCI – Scouts Group Osimo 2, gave life to a new reality.
The “La Confluenza” Association was created on April 22, 2012. Its main aim is to organize the activities of the structure by operating as a Centre for Education, Communication and Environmental Consultation.
One of the main purposes of the Association is the creation of a permanent didactic path in order to diffuse the knowledge of the morphology, the biodiversity, the story and the peculiarities of the place. The path consists of two parts: the first, theoretical, takes place in classroom inside the building or in the classroom in the open, which shall be set up in the space outside the CEA; the second part, practical, takes place in outside spaces, where specific paths will be designed. As for the sensory perception, there are also devices which permit the direct involvement of blind people too.
