The charming Infiorata (Flower Festival) of Corridonia (MC) takes place every year in June. It winds through a two-thousand-meters path decorated with flowers, leaves and vegetable matter and is accompanied by tastings of flower-based dishes. The event begins on Saturday with the preparation of flower carpets along the streets of the village and continues at night with the launch of bright lanterns which rise into the sky like tiny balloons. On Sunday is the solemn Corpus Christi procession. This long-standing tradition surrounding the feast of Corpus Christi is enhanced by the art of the Association Infioratori "Cittàviva", with the involvement of the entire population.
