Every year in June takes place the Infiorata (Flower Festival) of Corpus Domini in Monterubbiano, where drawings and paintings made of flowers lead the procession along the streets of the old town centre. The religious devotion of people from Monterubbiano makes it that year after year the magic of floral display is recreated by women who get up at night to go find fresh and different flowers to be placed on the pavement of the procession path, describing colored geometries as a collective tribute of devotion to Corpus Domini.
