To reach the Ditch of San Sebastiano, from San Vittore you must head to the Frasassi Gorge; passed the second bridge, go straight down and continue past the end of the gorge: you continue until the end of the walls that loom on the road and look for a passage with clear traces that can reach a mule track. You first climb steeply, then the trail rises more gently obliquely to the left, reaching the entrance to the gorge. The itinerary is very short and consists of continuous series of slides and jumps in quick succession, where the walls are slippery because of the mosses and lichens. There are further jumps  and soon you are back on the road of the gorge. The gorge is short and can be crossed in the summer with light clothing. A 30 m rope is recommended  .
