The Antiquarium Truentinum is one of the five sections of the the Sea Museum located in San Benedetto del Tronto. After its renovation, visitors can explore the museum since 2012. The tour starts having a look at the archaeological map of San Benedetto del Tronto. The places where artifacts were discovered are indicated on the map, as well as the architectural structures still visible today. The museum hosts lithic artifacts, man-made flint objects and ceramic fragments.
OPENING TIME: Opening hours in winter: September 16th-June 14th, on friday, saturday and sunday: 10 am-1 pm/ 3.30 pm-6.30 pm. Opening hours in summer: June 15th-September 15th, from tuesday to sunday 5 pm-11 pm.
