Garrafo Gorges wind for more than 2 km, surrounded by high cliffs. The path that goes up the gorge is partially equipped with fixed ropes and is exclusively for experienced hikers. It is often necessary to ford the stream plunging into the water up to the knee. Along the gorges several itineraries are available, although most of the trails are not very easy because of the low altitude, the thick vegetation and poor maintenance.
