The mill, located in the Canepina Hamlet, is managed by the Bottacchiari family since 1947. It was once operated by water power, and the equipment which operated it is still visible; it then, for a while, worked with a cylinder system. Nowadays, millers use stone grinders to grind integral soft wheat, American and local corn.
OPENING TIME: The mill can be visited for free by contacting Mr. Bottacchiari. Unfortunately, part of the structure was endomaged by the recent earthquake.
